Corporate Wellness

The reality is that personal wellbeing and workplace performance are deeply connected.

I help organizations support the humans behind the job titles.

People do their best work when they are supported as whole human beings, not just employees.

Through breathwork, coaching, workshops, and employee support services, I help people navigate the personal challenges that affect workplace productivity—from stress and burnout to grief, caregiving, relationship struggles, and major life transitions.

What I Offer

Workplace Breathwork

Simple, accessible breathwork sessions that help employees reset in real time.

Whether someone is navigating stress, overwhelm, burnout, difficult conversations, or simply the demands of a busy workday, breathwork offers a practical way to return to clarity, focus, and presence.

Employees learn tools they can use anywhere—in meetings, before presentations, during challenging conversations, or at the end of a demanding day.

Sessions can be offered virtually or onsite and require no prior experience.

Employee Wellbeing Coaching

When people are carrying a lot, they need somewhere to put it.

This confidential coaching offering provides employees with a dedicated space to process challenges, navigate transitions, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for moving forward.

Whether someone is experiencing burnout, grief, caregiving stress, relationship struggles, or a major life change, they don't have to navigate it alone.

Think of it as an additional layer of support alongside existing wellness initiatives and Employee Assistance Programs.

Workshops and Team Experiences

Real conversations. Practical tools. Meaningful change.

These interactive experiences help employees better understand themselves, communicate more effectively, navigate stress, and build resilience in the face of life's challenges.

The goal isn't just learning something new. It's creating shifts that people can take with them into their work, relationships, and everyday lives.

Why Supporting People Works

Employees don't become overwhelmed because they're weak.

They become overwhelmed because they're human.

The challenges people carry don't stay neatly separated from their work. They influence how people communicate, collaborate, lead, solve problems, and respond to change.

When employees feel supported as whole human beings, everyone benefits.

Supporting employee wellbeing isn't simply a benefit.

It's an investment in the health and sustainability of your organization.

My Approach

I don't believe wellbeing is about forcing positivity or squeezing more productivity out of people.

People are not machines.

They do their best work when they feel supported as whole human beings.

Sustainable performance comes from supporting the human beings who make the work possible.

With a business degree from Temple University, I understand that organizations need results. I also know that people are not machines.

My work is practical, relational, and grounded in the understanding that life doesn't stop when people come to work.
