You are welcome here.
Many of the people who find their way to me carry a fear:
Maybe there's something wrong with me.
Maybe I'm too much.
Maybe I'm not enough.
Maybe the parts of me I've worked hardest to hide are the very reason I don't belong.
If you've ever felt that way, I want you to know something:
You are not the only one.
And you are welcome here.
Human beings are wonderfully strange walking contradictions.
We can know exactly what we want and be terrified to ask for it.
We can love someone deeply and still feel lonely.
We carry old heartbreaks, hidden longings, and questions that don't have easy answers.
None of that makes you broken.
It makes you human.
The focus of my work is not to change you into someone else.
It is to help you reclaim the parts of yourself you've hidden, judged, or abandoned in order to belong.
So you can come home to yourself.
True belonging doesn't come from becoming more acceptable.
It begins when we stop rejecting ourselves.
You do not need to be more healed.
More spiritual.
More certain.
You do not need to have all the answers.
You simply need to arrive.
Bring all of yourself.
The parts you've hidden.
The parts you're still learning to love.
You belong.
And you are welcome here.
